We have introduced a free new health app called Peppy, designed to provide employees (and their partners) with expert health support and personalised advice for a range of services.
On the Peppy app, you can talk freely, in confidence, to get the support you need, when you need it, with no appointment necessary.

Peppy’s services include:
Menopause support – For anyone going through a menopause transition, from learning about menopause to managing perimenopause symptoms.
Fertility support – For couples, including same sex partners, or individuals trying to start or grow their family, from planning for the future to different pathways to parenthood.
Parental support – For new and expectant parents—including dads, partners, and birth partners—from 12 weeks pregnant through to your child’s second birthday. This also includes alternative paths to parenthood, such as adoption and surrogacy.
Men’s health support – For men of all ages, covering fitness and lifestyle, prostate and urological health, hormonal health, and stress management.

With the secure Peppy app, you’ll have access to:

– Unlimited access to virtual events on topics that matter to you
– Emotional wellbeing support
– Local country guides
