Meal Vouchers :

Employees are eligible to get 171 EUR per month in a meal card that they can use in restaurants and takeaways. The amount is regulated by law and can’t be exchanged by money in the payslip. Meal vouchers are exempt from taxation but are subject to social security.

Teleworking allowance :

Effective from March 2023 employees will also get a 480 EUR stipend and a monthly allowance, this means that employees will have a 40 EUR/month teleworking/office based allowance. This is subject to SS and taxation.
