Dow Jones pension scheme has been with Aviva Pensions in 2012. Currently Aviva Pensions has been sold a number of times (twice) and is owned by the Renaissance Group.

Scheme Provider: Non-State Pension Fund (NSPF)

Eligibility: All Regular Employees (Enrollment necessary)

Contribution Rates

All employees are automatically enrolled in their 3rd month of employment on contributions of 0% Employee and 5% Employer. Employees can make their own contributions up to 10% of base salary. First 3% of employees’ contributions are matched by the employer up to a maximum of 8% of base salary.
