Your Basic Life Insurance benefits through Generali equals 4 times your eligible pay including your basic salary. The policy pays out in the following manner:

Death & Total & Permanent Disability  – 400% TA/TB – 300% TC

Accidental Death  – 100% additional benefit 

Double Effect – 100% in case of death of both employee and spouse

The disability benefits are applicable as follows : 

LONG TERM DISABILITY (due to work accident and professional disease) :

SS reimbursement included 100% TA/TB – 75% TC in case of Disability > or = 66%

SS reimbursement included 60% TA/TB – 45% TC in case of Disability > or = 33% and < 66%

LONG TERM DISABILITY : 

SS reimbursement included 100% TA/TB – 75% TC in case of 2nd and 3rd Categories of disability

SS reimbursement included 60% TA/TB – 45% TC in case of 1st Category of disability

SHORT TERM DISABILITY 

A daily indemnity of SS reimbursement included 100% TA/TB – 75% TC with a waiting period of 30 days

You will be automatically enrolled in the Risk Policy, administered by Generali, as of your date of hire. During your first week of employment , the Benefits Team will send you a welcome email that will include a beneficiary nomination form for you to complete and return. Please ensure that you fill and return that nomination form.
