To help global employees feel better at work – and be more productive – Dow Jones has
partnered with Inspired Ergonomics, a workplace consultant specializing in ergonomic
assessments, to offer a Display Screen Equipment (DSE) program called DSEasy.

About the program

Whether you’re working at home or in the office, this voluntary online program will help you set up your computer, keyboard, chair and mouse to be more comfortable, and offers support for productivity and mental wellness.

Steps:
1. Sign up here. You’ll need your employee number, which you can find in Workday. (Click
the Workday tile in Okta, then Personal Information>View>About me.)
2. Then look out for an email from DSE@inspiredergonomics.com with login
instructions.
3. Follow the links in the email and start the assessment. You’ll use your Dow Jones email
and a provided password.

What’s next?

The assessment will help you set up your workstation to be more comfortable and effective.
You’ll learn tips, take a short quiz and answer questions about your circumstances. (In
jurisdictions that have ergonomic requirements, local regulations will be followed.)

The aim of the assessment is to demonstrate how to optimize your posture using your current
equipment and item you already have. If you are identified as high-risk for injury, you’ll be
contacted with next steps for an additional evaluation.
