What is the program?
A group private medical insurance program offered to Storyful Ireland employees.
Who is the insurance carrier?
Irish Life is the insurance carrier for the Storyful Ireland Private Medical Insurance (PMI).

Please note: Depending on the level of cover you have chosen, there will be an associated Excess employees will need to pay. Information on the cost of the excess is detailed on the policy plan located on the Irish Life portal.
How do I enroll?
You can enroll via the Irish Life Portal under the ‘Horizon Four plan’.
When can I enroll ?
Shortly after you join the company , you will receive an email from BenefitHub (our benefits administration portal) informing you about the new joiners window that will be 35 days in between which you can enroll into the PMI plan.
Is there a cost to my medical plan?
Medical insurance premiums for employees are fully covered by the company. If employees choose to include dependents on their medical plan, they are responsible for the associated costs.
