How do I enroll in benefits?
The Benefits team will enroll you into the vendor’s portal for Pension, Life and Disability benefits , there are no actions needed from your end for Pension , life and disability covers. Once you are enrolled you will get a welcome email from Mercer (our broker).
When are new hires eligible for health and welfare benefits?
You are eligible for the health and welfare benefits from day one but the cover for Medical insurance begins from the 1st of the following month after you join the company.
Is there a cost to my healthcare?
Annual premium is currently SEK 3996 and the employees who get enrolled need to pay benefit in kind tax 60% for their own cover. This means that an amount of SEK 199.80/month will be added to your payslip.
The premium is the same for dependents as for the employee. The employee will have to pay benefit tax (100%) for their dependents premium. This means that an amount of SEK 333/month per dependent will be added to your payslip.
When am I eligible for pension?
You are eligible for pension benefits right after you join but the cover begins from the 1st of the following month after you join the company
