How do I enroll in benefits?

The Benefits team will enroll you into the Momentum portal that is our vendor for Pension, Life and Disability benefits , there are no actions needed from your end for Pension , life and disability covers. However, you will have to source your medical cover as Dow Jones only reimburses towards that.

When are new hires eligible for health and welfare benefits?

You are eligible for health and welfare benefits right after you join but the deductions from your salary towards the Momentum pension plan may be delayed by a month due to the agreed reporting cycle with the vendor. Company will start reimbursing on a monthly basis right after the month you submit proof of cover and the cost of your plan. 

Is there a cost to my healthcare?

Dow Jones covers the cost of your and your family’s (Spouse and Children) medical insurance.

What about enrolling in medical coverage?

You are allowed to source your own medical cover and claim reimbursement.

When am I eligible for pension?

You are eligible for the pensions plan from the first month after joining the company.
