How do I enroll in benefits?
The Benefits team will enroll you into the A.S.R portal that is our vendor for Pension, Life and Disability benefits , there are no actions needed from your end for Pension , life and disability covers. However , you will have to source your medical cover as Dow Jones only pays an allowance towards that.
When are new hires eligible for welfare benefits?
You are eligible for welfare benefits as of your date of hire.
What about enrolling in medical coverage?
It is mandatory that employees take out their own medical cover hence to accommodate employees Dow Jones voluntarily pays an allowance of 123.50 EUR per month to accommodate employees.
When am I eligible for pension?
You are eligible for your pension to begin as of your date of hire.
